About Enerflux

Il fornitore applicherà, ai quantitativi di energia attiva mensilmente prelevati da ciascun Punto di Prelievo, un corrispettivo pari a: Prezzo Unico Nazionale (PUN) + Spread €/MWh. Lo spread sopra riportato si intende fisso per tutto il Periodo di Fornitura. Il PUN (Prezzo Unico Nazionale) è il prezzo in acquisto dell'energia elettrica che si forma nel mercato elettrico italiano (IPEX) ogni ora dell'anno come stabilito ai sensi dell'art. 30, comma 4, lettera c) della delibera dell'AEEG n. 111/06. Tale valore potrà essere monitorato sul sito: www.mercatoelettrico.org – statistiche e monitoraggio. Qualora il Cliente sia dotato di misuratore non orario, in ogni mese di fornitura, il corrispettivo dovuto è calcolato come il prodotto tra il consumo della fascia di competenza e il prezzo medio aritmetico della fascia di competenza. Qualora il Cliente sia dotato di misuratore orario, l’energia fornita ai Punti di Prelievo sarà valorizzata applicando i valori orari del PUN ai consumi orari del cliente comunicati dal Distributore Locale. Nel caso in cui i consumi non siano disponibili al momento della fatturazione in formato orario, bensì espressi per Fasce F1 F2 ed F3, il Fornitore utilizzerà come stima della curva oraria del Cliente per il mese di riferimento il Pun Medio ponderato per Fasce.

L’attività di credit check verrà effettuata, ad esempio, per riscontrare la presenza: di protesti, pregiudizievoli, anche attraverso banche dati dei punti di prelievo, morosità relative a diversi contratti intestati allo stesso Cliente, stipulati anche con terzi.
