il Cliente può esercitare il diritto di recesso per ripensamento entro 14 giorni dalla data di conclusione del contratto, anche per una sola fornitura, dandone comunicazione al Fornitore a mezzo lettera raccomandata AR, via email a [email protected] o via PEC utilizzando l'apposito template messo a disposizione dal Fornitore e scaricabile dal sito internet. Nel caso di recesso per cambio venditore il Cliente rilascia al Fornitore apposita procura a recedere in suo nome e per suo conto dal contratto di fornitura con il fornitore uscente. Nel caso in cui intenda cambiare fornitore, il Cliente domestico può recedere in qualunque momento e senza oneri dal Contratto. Il nuovo fornitore è tenuto all'invio di apposita comunicazione al Sistema Informativo Integrato - SII Nel caso di recesso per motivi diversi dal cambio fornitore (ad esempio per disattivazione del punto), il Cliente invierà comunicazione di recesso nelle forme e con le modalità previste dall'articolo 20 (comunicazioni) al Fornitore. Qualora comunicato entro il giorno 10 del mese di fornitura (mese M), lo switching sarà efficace a partire dal primo giorno del mese successivo (mese M+1). In caso di switching comunicato oltre il giorno 10 del mese di fornitura (mese M), il recesso sarà efficace a partire dal primo giorno del secondo mese di fornitura successivo (M+2). In ogni caso il Fornitore ha facoltà di recedere dal Contratto, per qualunque motivo, dandone comunicazione al Cliente mediante raccomandata, con un termine di preavviso non inferiore a 6 (sei) mesi. In caso di recesso anticipato dal contratto di fornitura, per il numero di mesi intercorrenti tra la data di efficacia del recesso e il termine del Periodo di Vigenza del Prezzo Fisso (il “Periodo di Mancata Fornitura”), per ciascun Punto di Fornitura per il quale il recesso è stato esercitato il Cliente sarà tenuto a corrispondere al Fornitore un onere di recesso a copertura della perdita economica subita dal venditore. L’onere di recesso anticipato che il Cliente sarà chiamato a pagare non potrà superare l’importo complessivo riportato nella tabella del paragrafo Onere di recesso anticipato della CTE (disponibile sulla pagina web raggiungibile dall’URL offerta).L’importo massimo sopra richiamato potrà essere ridotto in ragione della perdita economica del Fornitore direttamente derivante dal recesso. |

Energimetro: E' il servizio che consente ai Clienti che hanno sottoscritto un Proposta di Fornitura di energia elettrica di monitorare, su base giornaliera, i consumi in KWh degli elettrodomestici presenti nella propria abitazione, aggregati per le seguenti attività: 1) Refrigerare: analizza e descrive i consumi relativi ad elettrodomestici, come il frigorifero; 2) Standby: analizza e descrive i consumi dei tuoi elettrodomestici quando sono in standby; 3) Lavare: analizza e descrive i consumi di elettrodomestici come la lavastoviglie e la lavatrice; 4) Cucinare: analizza e descrive i consumi di elettrodomestici come il forno e il piano cottura ad induzione; 5) Intrattenimento: analizza e descrive i consumi di elettrodomestici come la televisione, gli apparati elettronici e le luci; 6) Altro: analizza e descrive tutti gli altri elettrodomestici di piccola dimensione come tostapane, asciugacapelli. L'Energimetro fornirà ogni mese al Cliente un punteggio di efficienza su una scala di punteggio da 1 a 10, dove 10 significa che sta mantenendo uno stile di consumo estremamente efficiente. Durante l'utilizzo dell'Energimetro, il Cliente potrà accedere anche ai servizi di Elio, l'assistente digitale che lo aiuterà a settare correttamente il profilo della sua abitazione e gli segnalerà eventuali anomalie di consumo. Il servizio Energimetro è disponibile solo per le utenze elettriche che dispongono di un contatore 2G. In caso di richiesta di attivazione del servizio, Pulsee verificherà la presenza di tale contatore e procederà a dare luogo alla richiesta di attivazione oppure risolverà tale richiesta in assenza dei requisiti necessari.
